Pros

Many have the option to work from home when needed. The vacation policy is slightly above average.

Cons

Pay is below average and relatively stagnant, but management is always sure to get their bonuses by squeezing more an more productivity out of every employee. The company expects loyalty of its employees, but is not one bit loyal in return (laying people off seems to be a matter of habit). The tone at the top is so toxic there have been repeated mass exoduses of employees and management at every level of leadership. Spare yourself the stress and anxiety and find a job elsewhere.

Pros

It BARELY paid the bills

Cons

Horrible and worthless.. No growth for advancement, No bonuses only one yearly raise and you'll be lucky if its 25 cent. The pay is horribleeeee but as I said earlier it help pay the small bills I had. You only get 6 weeks of maternity leave 'UNPAID'. I agree with one review that mention management. Management has a close relationship with each other & buddy system they are also rude and can careless. Who do you report to about problems and complaints with team leaders when they are all close friends including HR. The work is all over the place very unorganized. I'm actually surprise the company is still standing with customers whos not ready to sue. I'm sure when its time to do aduits this department stays in the red and the CEO is ok with it. I had to leave after 6 months I felt like I was in highschool training for the real world. I wouldn't recommend this job to NO ONE. I'm a mother of 3 and I couldn't take this job serious.. HOT MESS!
