Pros

Nothing to mention except the snacks!

Cons

Expect to be laid off at anytime if you spend couple of weeks in the bench (i've seen lay off cases), the company cares only on how to grow the margin. If you are senior with long years of experience don't waste your time here.

We sorry you did not enjoy your time at Logic20/20, but we assure you that our employees should not expect to be laid off. It can sometimes be hard to match consultants with the right project, but our teams actively look for projects that match the skills of our consultants on the bench, and place emphasis on finding projects suited for the experience and expertise of those employees. And yes, we are striving to be a profitable company, but every dollar we make gets put back into the company and goes towards sales and marketing to bring in new projects for the employees on the bench, benefits, 401k match, etc. If you have any questions more comments or questions about your time working at Logic20/20, please email HR@Logic2020.com. Thank you!

Pros

The majority of the employees and management are incredibly nice, and competent.

Cons

Management doesn't always take the best interest or skills of employees into account, and though it represents itself as a consulting firm, it largely does Staff Aug.

Pros

Good company for interns. They bid for less compare to other companies as they want to grow so many projects in hand. They attract people by salary but have no great benefits.

Cons

Beware of some directors, they will ask you to spy on other developer's work. Lots of politics in the air. Managers, project managers are the worst asset in the company. Without the knowledge of higher management, managers commit to the client extra work which won't be even included in the initial estimate. They do not know how to lock the projects. If you are single then working for this company is okay but if you have a family or other responsibility this is not the company to work for as work and personal life is very unbalanced here. Even if you take any few hours off for any personal reason you would be questioned a lot even though you have already put extra several hours. Always have to put min of 10hrs per day. They promise for time-off and then when you ask for it manager will say that he can't officially give that and you never will get that. If you happen to have other offers in hand I would prefer that over this even though salary would be less. This should be last choice. Also prefer going hourly rather than full time as anyhow their benefits are not great if you have a family or dependents.
