Pros

Some good people in there. Public company on paper. Execs like to share how they have millions in the bank but pay is below market. Raises, 401K, and bonus are a joke. Millions in the bank means that your meagre wages will be paid on time.

Cons

- Outdated technology, old-school mentality, obsolete company - Poor upper and middle management. Just look at the turnover in marketing - HR is rude, absent and completely USELESS - Little to no diversity - Makes employees sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if they choose to leave before a year of employment.

Flexible work schedule, close team, mostly no work silos, focus on core values, President and senior leadership believe in them, trusting environment

Cons

Bonus structure not clearly defined for leadership, not really calculable, you just have to do your best and hope you get it.

Pros

If you want your soul crushed work here. If you want to work 15 hours a day work here. If you want only two weeks of vacation a year work here. And if you want to work in an old moldy building that hasn't been redone since the 1960's work here!

Cons

You'll be micromanaged by a team of old white men that want to do business like it's 1970. Pay and benefits are poor. I left and got a 40% pay bump.
