Pros

All around great company. Good team. Management is friendly and open to feedback. Job role and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated. Pay is competitive and the culture is top notch. I miss working here.

Cons

They should work on providing better benefits.

Pros

Great work/life balance, good pay and benefits, very stable, nice people, a good service with loyal customers. Not the kind of job where you get in and out quickly. They expect you to stay for the long-term. Recommended if you’re looking for a stable paycheck (in addition to the other pros listed above).

Cons

Communication from management isn’t as great as I would like.

Cons

Compared to some of the other software companies I’ve worked for, Logility is by far the best.
