Pros

Stable work environment, competitive salaries, very little churn, standard benefits

Cons

Very old-school company culture that influences approaches to technology, general business practices and work environment. Little innovative vision or thinking from well-entrenched management. If you want to slot into a defined (and static) role, put your head down and work your way to retirement (or your next outside opportunity) you could be happy here.

Pros

Great team and colleagues. Individual office. Flex time. Work life balance.

Cons

Outdated technology. Building and facilities must improve. Poor Performance Evaluation system. Made employee sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if he/she chooses to leave before a year of employment. Passive aggressive supervisor who beats around the bush. Not willing to embrace newer technologies and methodologies.

Pros

The majority of the people are very nice and are knowledgable.

Cons

There is absolutely no room for growth but you will be told that you will be advancing. They don't offer additional training outside of what you bring in so there is no opportunities to go up or improve yourself. The office can be very catty. There are no raises or bonuses given and you have to be with the company an absurd amount of time to receive more vacation time.
