Pros

Hours are flexible as long as you work 8 a day. You can take a short lunch or come an hour late and stay an hour late. Great team enviornment. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Felt a bit like I was being thrown in the deep end and expected to find my way around when first starting.

This is the best place I've worked in nearly 3 decades. They work hard to attract good people and to keep them happy. There is a very strong emphasis on creating a sense of belonging to a team. The campus is beautiful, and I like the people I work with.

Cons

None that I have found so far.
