Pros

Pay is decent... bonuses are cool

Cons

YOU ARE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT! The customers are rarely happy...and they have every right to be! You are TIED to the phone line. They only allow you to take 15 mins A WEEK personal time outside of lunch and breaks.... NOT realistic, especially if you are a woman and need to get up and take some time to handle woman things. The management will act as if they are so concerned...and they may really do... but at the end of the day... they stress numbers sooooooooo much its ridiculous. Everyday we get emails on our numbers for the day before and the called are graded daily.... you score on the calls determine your bonus. if a customer gets angry and hangs up... the expect you to call back.... all in all... the company needs to do better and you will catch the blunt end of it... and management will do everything in their power NOT to take the call... Contractor are SORRY.... you will have contractor tell you they arent doing work, not show up, show up and leave.... and guess who has to talk to the customer ....you if you take this job... good luck!

Pros

They paid me and I got a 10% discount. That's it

Cons

On my second day, right after training, I got yelled at by another employee for not organizing boxes the way he wanted me to. He cursed at me, and I was genuinely afraid he was going to hit me. After de-escalating the situation, I went to management who did NOTHING. When I told them I was scared for my safety, they told me I was "overreacting." However, due to the decent pay and a good department supervisor, I stayed for another two weeks. During this time, I noticed the store was beyond repair. Nothing was organized, nothing was where it was supposed to be, and there were boxes learning over the isles just ready to fall. During my brief time there, I did my best to help the store. I learned to help in as many departments as possible and was frequently mentioned in positive customer surveys. Despite this, management never gave me any appreciation for my hard work. Later on, I was yelled at by cashiers twice for trying to help until I was ultimately threatened by another employee for trying to help a customer right before closing. I immediately grabbed my things and left. I haven't been back. Long story short, this is easily the most dangerous and hostile environment I've ever worked at. STAY AWAY
