Pros

They assist with obtaining insurance license. There are a few good people still there.

Cons

Everything else is a downside. They lie alot. They are very desperate and way too puffed up with pride. Have no regard for their employees. Lack diversity. Are very rude and have no company moral whatsoever. Practice shadiness. Have very poor communication. Are cheaper than cheap and not in a good way. Will retaliate if you speak up. Very overbearing. Not flexible at all. Extremely unorganized in everything they do. Worry about all the wrong things. Complete disregard for employee safety. Very poor employee and manager training. Extremely awful manager incentive with very increasingly exhaustive job duties. Managers make the same if not less than regular employees make. If you ask me everyone that works for this company is very unhappy. The company is on a downward spiral especially here in Illinois. I do not think I would even recommend anyone as a customer here because just about everyone is new and unknowledgable about what they are doing. They make changes with no notice and just expect you to just know. This company will purposely sabotage office bonuses to keep down costs. They prey on the young, poor, and desperate for employment. It is literally a trap. The recommend criteria that you need to work here is to not have a life, no children, inhuman alien like, a company robot that thrives in a tense harassing environment where you very joy and goal is to have no relationship or moral with any and everyone you come across. If this is you feel free to apply.

Pros

Paid by week. Very competitive. Sundays off. Met Mr. Loya

Cons

Terrible manager. It was impossible to get sick leave even with a doctors note. My vacation days were never honored. Building was falling apart and very hazardous.

Pros

I worked with some of the people posting negative reviews, they were some of the slowest underperforming employees in the office. Its actually a great place to work with nice bonuses and an exciting environment.

Cons

Certainly there are some but all in all its a great place to work.
