Very little experience necessary in all departments.

Cons

Understaffed, over worked pay based on nepotism and likability NOT experience. Too much micromanagement not enough training, company not as forgiving to the non-Hispanic employees. Work passed down to lower staff without the knowledge to complete it.

No structure, morale is needed, work six days a week, late hours with no over time
