Pros

Easy to get into, no experience whatsoever, paid training, guaranteed your 40hrs, decent pay.

Cons

Work 6 days a week, NO time to balance your personal life. If you have children, school, or any outside commitments, this job is NOT the job for you. Don't waste your time. The regional manager at first comes off sweet and acts like she cares AT FIRST. later on down the line she doesn't care about her employees at all. She's young, and only cares about herself. She gets mad st everything thing you do and you won't know if you will have your job the next day. The turn over rate here is rediculas. Everyday employees are leaving. Even some of the management agreed to this.

Pros

No experience necessary. They'll teach you everything you need to know. You can take what you learn to another job. You will work very hard, but you will become very hirable to future employers.

Cons

You will be overworked for the pay. Your pay can be docked due to coworkers' errors. There's not much room to move up in the company.
