Sunday off, easy job, not many pro in the company . You get accrued time to be able to take a sick day

Cons

Underpaid Micro-manage Harassment every day all day They get sue every other month as per rumors Benefits- you can't afford them super expensive medical coverage

It is a great way to get your foot in the door.

Cons

Poor pay structure. Lower and upper management are not well trained. Here in Illinois they run this company the same way they run it in Texas where the economy is way better. It's hilarious, management expects employees to address them as Sir or Mam.

Pros

Decent pay if your office is doing good in premium and loss ratio. Good Co-workers. Can make a payment at any office if your a customer regardless of where you bought your policy. Great entry level job.

Cons

No room for improvement, or growth. Any day off has to be approved, you can never know if they will approve or not, regardless if its an emergency.. Make too many changes and never stick to same regulations for a long period of time. Not a set schedule, you get rotating shifts every week. (one week close, one week open).
