Office hours can be long

Fast job turnover Unorganized structure of company No system upgrades still working with same systems since 2010. Customers are rude and disrespectful upper management barely cares about it. Upper management tells all personal business and unprofessional. Wants you to commit to 6 day 40 hr work week instead of 5 days. No grace period for running late Only 5 days of PTO increases to 6 after 3 years. Only 5 days of sick leave must have doctors excuse to use. Pay is minimum for the type of work. Often make payroll mistakes.
