Pros

Paid every week, Can't think of anything else.

Cons

I work in one of their subsidiaries in Birmingham, Al. Never heard of this auto insurance company before. Very top heavy company. Managers do not listen to their employees. Management style is based on threats. Zero work/life balance as we have to work everyday except Sundays. Company is unknown in state but too cheap to purchase advertisement except one ad in a Spanish and one ad on top 40 Radio Station in Birmingham, but zero any other advertisement. They advertise $22 on their flyers for liability insurance, but I have never seen a quote come out cheaper than $30 for bare bones liability for a 3month contract. Many times people call office due to the $22 rate and get upset when they get a more expensive rate. Their idea of marketing is to grab people off the parking lot and browbeat them to get a quote. Very unprofessional.

Pros

There's not much to be excited about unless you like constant change of management and working for a demoralizing company.

Cons

Poor management Vacation time (5 days after 1 year and increases by 1 day every year for the 1st five years, add 2 days every year from year 6 till year 15) Sick days (doctor's note for every day you are sick - 5 per year) No respect for employees Company vehicles has to be picked up and dropped off at a distant sales office everyday Huge territories and still expected to complete 4 assignments No Overtime (you will be written up) Optional bonus (when the company feels like paying) Blame game (it's about who messed up and not how to solve the problem) Claims managers (all are Fred Loya's buddies, with no experience and only blames others for poor performance)
