Pros

Get paid every week. Get exactly 40 hours. Schedule remains the same

Cons

Managers are not proffesional at ALL. They disrespect the employees and treat them like trash. They talk behind your back and make fun of the agents mistakes instead of helping them. They teach you to lie to the customers about their policy.

Cons

Work 6 days a week, can't get days off, you work whatever hours your manager decides, will make you sign your schedule but then make you stay late or come in early but get in trouble for overtime. Inspect vehicles as if you were an adjuster in terrible weather, require too much from customers, no raises, pay changes every three mos which they don't disclose at training. Not willing to work with school schedule. No consistency with any thing.

no advancement opportinities, we dont get commision pay is based on how well the office is doing so if someone messes up, it affect the whole office
