Social camaderia, lots of sweets if you dont have diabetes.

Cons

They paid me $18 an hour and I have a college degree. They paid another lady $25 an hour with a 6 month certificate. She neither had a solid understanding of English or Spanish.

Pros

Your coworkers are in the same boat as you. They understand your struggle. I love my office mates, and I know my office manager, despite the meager support from corporate and upper management that she gets, is really trying.

Cons

Corporate does not care about their CSRs. You will never hear from them, ever. They do not reach out. They do not provide company updates. And the hourly pay is horrendously below industry average. Overall, the impression is that the company has zero idea what it is, what it’s trying to do, and what it wants to be.
