Having unnecessary meetings from upper management. Constant turnover and changes in policies within the company. Director and upper management have no knowledge of how work is done in the field. Not being able to take vacation time at your own leisure. One sick day during the week, you had to work Saturday to make up for the lost day. Upper Management has poor people skills and all they care at the end of the day is their deep pockets at the expense of the working crew. Only way to go up the career ladder is if you know someone or you're a side piece to somebody. Nobody takes this insurance seriously when out in the field at body shops. Ran like a mom and pop sweat shop. Outdated system in place, fleet vehicles are run until they die, and equipment has to die in order to be replaced.
