Paid every Friday, some co workers

Cons

Work 6 days a week, can't get days off, you work whatever hours your manager decides, will make you sign your schedule but then make you stay late or come in early but get in trouble for overtime. Inspect vehicles as if you were an adjuster in terrible weather, require too much from customers, no raises, pay changes every three mos which they don't disclose at training. Not willing to work with school schedule. No consistency with any thing.

Do what you want because they don't know what they are doing.

Cons

Working there. The company culture is corrupt and rotten at it's core. There turn over rate is ridiculous. That alone should tell you about the company. Stay away, don't waste your time. Read all alone reviews! RUN

Would Never work here again, or get Insurance from them

Pros

Office environment. The fact that we had Burger King next door was a plus. There is no other positive for this position.

Cons

Wage, hours, Case load, no guidance on closing claims. They teach to deny customers benefits. (At least when I was there). Lowest paying position with company....They say we are the ones giving there money away, versus we are saving you money.
