Nothing honestly they ask too much from you and don’t even pay you good their benefits are good but they don’t care for their employees

Cons

They hire you and get you in making you think you can work up to 40 hours and that’s not true they don’t pay over time and if you go over OT they write you up. You can only work 35-39 hours ..

Cons

Management is non-existent. Bad support system for agents that are not necessarily looking to be in management someday. All about favorites and regionals will prioritize managers over employees
