Good place to start your insurance career

Cons

Dont stay too long. Things get stagnant and toxic quick. You'll end up out growing the position and seek better opportunities elsewhere.

The Money is the only thing important to them. Not really.

Cons

They don't care for their employees. It's like a bucket of crabs pulling each other down to move up themselves. Also the company just sees you as a number, doesn't really care for their employees. They talk to so much trash about other carriers, agencies and former employees. High school all over again.
