Where do I start... Everything about this place is terrible. My soul dies a little each day. They demand that you be available 7-8 Mon-Fri and 8-3 on Saturday regardless if scheduled to work. They do not offer overtime. God forbid you are one minute late clocking in because you will not hear the end of it. You get written up for something as little as taking a day off. No PTO for the first year. Upper management treats your like your disposable. Their favorite phrase " Everyone is replaceable".. You fear for your job everytime you make a mistake. They expect you to be perfect 100% of the time, no room for human errors. They tell you, you should fear for your job, " keeps you motivated". The company as a whole is sexist. If you are a woman, expect to be criticized by your manager when your hair is not done or when you decide to wear no makeup. Must wear heels no lower than 3' regardless of the weather. Doctors note required for you to wear flats. The company only hires young pretty women, straight out of high school. They do not not appreciate the work you put in. Dont bother wasting your time. You can do better.
