There are no pros. Terrible company

Cons

Management treats employees like crap. They yell at you, curse at you, and belittle you in front of everyone. This comes from the company executives down to lower management.

Loved my job for years despite some of the challenges. The dental insurance was great and some managers were decent. I loved the staff I had and the customers were awesome!

Cons

The company will literally hire anyone who is breathing. The turnover is high since many people don’t pass the state exam. Training is awful for every employee including the managers. Upper management is AWFUL. The traveling teams that come in to help are useless and truly treat current employees like crap and to them you truly are dispensable.
