Covert happened in they started cutting hours which I was understanding of at 1st but then several months later they changed the production requirements stating that if you did not reach numbers you would be switched to 32 hours a week. My territory was vast reaching from Houston to Huntsville and even Bryan College Station making their Production goals un achievable. A lot of upper management has no idea on how to fix a car, At 1st they did not bother me having over 10 years experience in automotive repairs. then some of the upper management changed and started arguing with me on how to repair cars and what it would take. I had requested my vacation 3 times and was denied 3 times. To even use one sick day you must have a doctors note...

Very limited growth potential, absurd bonus structures. The company is so cheap they love to pile on extra work and save thousands but refuse to offer any pay raises. Instead you will see paycuts. The co is run by a bunch of folks with no degrees and no real clue about the real world outside of texas. That is why the company is crumbling. Dont waste your time looking for a career here.
