Business Outlook
Pros
Work from home, insurance, unlimited vacation and occasional company attire and gifts. Loyal used to be a place for engineers to learn and expose themselves to great talent.
Cons
Many issues with transparency, company communication, career growth, salary rates and morale. I was apart of the layoffs after working very hard to achieve my "next step in my career", of which was never delivered, falsely promised and like many great and talented engineers, I was cut in order to offshore the workforce because of horrendous business decisions. The amount of product and talent that was cut could create a company that easily becomes what this company was trying to do and completely failed.
