Pros

remote work, good culture, friendly co-workers.

Cons

No product vision, no standard pay rise, no great benefits except 100% insurance coverage for the employee. This company has 2 rounds of layoff's, seems like there is no vision at all, if there is lack of money or funding, what's the point of hiring so many folks and then laying them off. Company has no 401k match or inflation adjustment to the pay.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent Healthcare benefits, at least 1 holiday per month

Cons

The previous few reviews are 100% accurate. Stay clear away from Loyal. I was recruited by Loyal, promised the company was growing fast, with plenty of new opportunities, so left a job I was at for years. With in a month or so after starting, Loyal had major layoffs. The on-boarding process was a complete joke, management lacked any transparency, the morale for all employees was terrible, layoffs, no vision, terrible managers.. Stay Away, and miserable place to work
