The company has evolved into a more product-driven operation and, more importantly, building for the market demand. The culture and communication styles are transparent and collaborative with minimal fingerpointing.

Cons

The primary challenge that still hamstrings the company is its legacy and the decisions made by prior leadership teams. If the company can address the challenge there is a big market opportunity.
