Tremendous talent in all departments, smart and motivated people, great leadership. Being a part of a company where people (and leadership) care about the vision and the employees is extremely important. There is a lot of room for (upward) growth within the company for employees. Lucidworks has huge potential and has persevered through a tremendous shift in leadership and product with grace. Momentum is picking up quickly as product and marketing advance. It is a great place to be and I am looking forward to seeing how the company continues to grow.

Cons

Forces outside of current leadership's control have led to some haste and lack of confidence from those on the outside looking in. Internally those sentiments are not apparent and they are quickly dissolving within the community as Lucidworks continues to prove its potential and momentum.

Amazing turnaround in the last year from training/services to subscription/platform. Real product, real customers, real industry, real opportunity. Smart people.

Cons

Sales team flux which is natural with an office move from the burbs to the city. More engineering/sales needed to build faster and stay ahead.

Great, great product! Search field is growing! Engineering team is extremely smart and gets things done. Marketing is making some great progress! New product Fusion is very promising. Pretty flat structure. Democratic atmosphere. Good pay, benefits ok.

Cons

Company needs to improve on some processes - but who does n't?:) and they seem to be finally coming to place.
