Good product. Working with open source technology is interesting.

Cons

Culture is not supportive. Individuals terminated that were doing a great job. You have to be in the inner circle to have any job security.

There are lots of really smart people here. They're willing to work hard. Executive management knows something is wrong with the culture and HR is trying hard to fix it (but they can only band aid the problem)

Cons

No opportunity for advancement for anyone, ever. Executive management doesn't have the skills to build a product. They don't know who they're building a product for, what that product needs to do for the customer. Reactivity to VC messages means that management is making costly weekly/monthly/quarterly changes to strategy. This lack of cohesion leads to a lack of morale. Bring someone in that knows what it takes to build a product, tell the VCs to come back and visit in 9 months and get the product built.
