      Timely pay overshadowed by dysfunctional leadership and silos

      You get paid on time.

      Cons

      Many. A very disfunctional leadership group. The departments are highly siloed. They have not been able to really work well with T Moble. That part is a cluster. Specifically the VP sales of ran her last company into bankruptcy. The CEO is an empty suit.
