      Pros

      Worked with some really great people and miss them.

      Cons

      This company will squeeze every last drop of blood out of you if it means they make money. The hours you will work will easily exceed 70 hours a week + weekends but they pay they offer is an industry-low level. There is no time to do anything else in your personal life. After my experience with Lumos Fiber, the real question for me is how are they still in business?

      At least most of my co-workers are competent.

      Cons

      Lumos Fiber has a clueless leadership that has no clear directions for the company. The leaders are actually experienced people in the industry, so I'm puzzled why they're basically useless here. They're probably too lazy to do anything noteworthy for this company. They're content with how things are, while employees have no room for growth and opportunities for advancement.
