      Clueless leadership, no direction for the company

      At least most of my co-workers are competent.

      Cons

      Lumos Fiber has a clueless leadership that has no clear directions for the company. The leaders are actually experienced people in the industry, so I'm puzzled why they're basically useless here. They're probably too lazy to do anything noteworthy for this company. They're content with how things are, while employees have no room for growth and opportunities for advancement.

      Great people that work there very caring and helpful they do a great job at customer service and caring about there customers

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from the rest of the company. Very hard to talk to and its there way or the highway. Very controlling
