      It was once a great place to work

      Pros

      Co workers are friendly Employees do their best with the limited resources they are given

      Cons

      No direction from middle management. Employees are always on edge because management will fire people with no warning. Management has created a hostile work environment. Customers are very unhappy because of missed installs and miscommunications within the company. New management team had made some unethical decisions regarding existing customers The "customer first" motto could not be farther from the truth from managements standpoint.

      Feels like you are just a very small cog in a very big wheel

      Pros

      Most of the worker-level people are great.

      Cons

      They are extremely focused on profits and they refuse to hire enough people to do the job. Upper levels of management do not care about well-being of employees. The workload is very heavy and monotonous, but the pay is laughable for the talent and work expected from employees. Very bad place to work. People are quitting because of mental health.

      Disappointed in management

      Really great coworkers, and a real team atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      Some of the leadership just were not qualified and made some very poor decisions.
