All perks are covering for a medium company with 2 years behind AI adoption, directors with zero knowledge, C-levels detached from earth. Every 3-6 months reorg in the R&D("we believe this is the right reorg" until the next one)

Toxic Work Environment with no clear vision

Some decent colleagues who tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Some flexibility in work hours depending on the role.

Cons

Toxic management - small group of bullies who create an incredibly unhealthy atmosphere. No clear direction or vision. The company operates more like a glorified data broker selling peoples phone numbers and personal information which left me questioning the ethics of the whole operation. High turnover. People leave constantly and the turnover rate is through the roof. Fake atmosphere. Forced positivity and people pretending everything is fine while moral is at an all time low.
