I love working for company that I get to have fun at. There is daily contest, commission and giveaways. We get to play games during the day to reward us for doing our job- it’s a nice balance since customer service & sales isn’t always easy and working with customers can be challenging at times. Our management staff really cares about us as employees and people. This is the first place I have worked at that we get rewarded for doing our job. We get gift cards for showing up, commission, prizes and meals served to us all the time for the company to show us their appreciation. If you are looking for a fun, professional place to work with opportunities to advance, and great coworkers than this is the place for you!
Cons
working with customers can be challenging at times- however this is not a con - it's a job expectation. it's keep things interesting for sure.
