      don't be fooled by the promise of "unlimited commission"

      I've been working here for almost a month and don't have a dime to show for it. Very unorganized in every way. Training is horrible because how can people focus on work when they don't know if they are being paid. Over 1,000 agents that I know of have yet to be paid. No type of HR to call and they haven't responded to any emails. They don't show any effort to help us with this problem they say things like "We're working on this issue but if you keep bringing it during training then we can't help you." Like what do you mean?? In all honesty...just keep looking if you are in need of a job.
