salary is too low so i cannot stay too long

Low salary, Overworked and underappreciated. People are overloaded with works, tasks, and projects who worked hard to get them done per schedule will get more works to do where the people who aren't or who pretend to Do not get reprimanded at all so works aren't allocated to people fairly. Empty promise. Hard to get promoted now. Couple senior directors are horrible. no raise. bonus is out of the door.
