Really it is a shame to see a company turns from best to worst in such a short period of time

It used to be a great place (4-5 years ago) nit new management took it down (it isn't just the economy to blame)

Poor management work not appreciated employees are thrown under the bus constantly Managers who has no business being such Placement of employees in the worst place with complete disregard to their talent

Interesting work, good coworkers and the potential to be a great company absolutely squandered

Pros

-Interesting work -Employee growth possible -Chance to work with many different technologies, great for resume building -General respect from a powerless lower/middle management that knows the score but I think would like to do well by employees if they could -Ample parking -Great coworkers who on average seem to be above average when it comes to intelligence and capability and whom I honestly believe would like nothing better than to work hard and provide as good a product as possible -Plenty of opportunity to change teams and/or move up with so many people quitting the last year or two

Cons

-No raises last year -Salaried employees are expected to work above and beyond without overtime or comp time (and I believe hourly employees are not being allowed to work past their 40 hours but I'm not certain) -All indicators show that senior management doesn't seem to care or even notice the mass exodus and resulting brain drain of employees over the last year or two. -Management is constantly walking around trying to catch people not working -No stock options for most people under manager level -No flex time, so if you're an engineer or other to whom flex time is a common thing in many workplaces think again. -Very much a CYA culture so don't be surprised to get thrown under the bus a good deal -Employee morale is terrible. I've never seen new hires become so cynical so fast.
