-Mostly decent people to work with. -Management will try to help if they can -Great place to gain expertise in Micros products to carry back into Hospitality Field. -No layoffs

Cons

-Poor training -Poor pay -Poor hours -Poor benefits -Dealing with irritated customers all day. -People quitting all the time. -Angry customers

It is the industry leader, that is IT!!! Benefits (Medical etc...) were good, but that has changed too.

Cons

Bad manangement, terrible pay, no balance of work and life; Top execs get LARGE raises while no one else does.
