You still get a deposit every other week.

Cons

Impossible sales quota, high pressure sales, total chaos and every man for himself work environment, you get charged for your company car and then it's also tracked, Salesforce reporting nightmare, extremely high employee turnover, everyone is on a PiP or threatened with one...and more.
