• Great teammates, good direct manager, gained great experience.

Cons

Compensation is lacking. Merit increases not reflective of contributions or growth. Upper level management is totally out of touch with what the world is like. Offering meager merit increases while increasing the dividend is really hard to defend. The big dogs get a fat little bonus, the worker bees, not so much.
