Incredible Work Environment and Culture

Pros

I've worked for MTF for over 20 years and the culture is incredible. The executive leadership team truly puts the employees first and has structured the organization in a way we can continue to better measure our success. The investment in data software is proving to be very effective in measuring our critical numbers on a daily basis. The medical benefits, 401K match, and bonus structure are very competitive. The company has also provided employees with the flexibility and technology to work remotely when needed.

Cons

I have no negative feedback to share and believe my 23 years with the company is a good indication of that.

PTO, Benefits, Make Great Friends, Work from home.

Cons

Low Pay, No work/life balance, Triage Eves shift supervisor/manager do NOT care about their employees. High overturn rate - people leave because nothing is getting done. Manager laughs in your face when trying to tell her what is wrong and never wants to take advice, argues against your feelings. You work with saving lives, you should never have a manager laugh at you in this type of field.
