Supportive work environment. Tools, resources, and educational opportunities provided for growth and personal enrichment. Great benefits package. Salary very competitive with other offerings in the same field.

Cons

Occasionally hectic and unpredictable schedule (knew that going into job). On call demands (also knew that). Lack of clear structure to advance without transferring

Great work life balance. CEO cares deeply about all employees and the environment is very supportive. MTF is mission driven and provides the opportunity to be a part of meaningful work to help others.
