      Pros

      This company has a solid mission statement to help the greater good in the medical field. It has paved the way for tissue banking procedures and innovations with hard work and high standards. I'm proud of what MTF does for the community. They uphold the donor gift and generously support many great causes.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity for career growth. Young, smart ambitious workers are not given incentives to move upward in their career and end up leaving for better opportunities. Many employees who have been there for decades are complacent and just show up for the paycheck. Some old ideas mainly stemming from the veterans there need to be refreshed. Pay is low compared to industry standards.
