Pros

The store was naturally lit. I’m willing to give back their overrated jeans.

Cons

Where do I begin. I’m not going to let my review benefit this company so forgive the vagueness. - They are not body inclusive as they claim. They know what I mean. - You’re given a sales goal but given my point above you can discern why that’s not a sustainable business model. - Melanin? Stay away. - The atmosphere of sorority/ white only/ manipulative/ and even like the store is an MLM— this is intentional. The racism is subtle and blatant IYKYK. - The staff’s conviviality was performative as they were anticipating a secret shopper. - Class modules (digital) for training are absolutely LAUGHABLE. Must have been slapped together after 2020.

Pros

Seems like a real job at first with cool perks. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. Real professionals should not go near this place.

Cons

This unprofessional workplace guarantees you at first 4 hours or more of employment and they expect you to keep your entire schedule open to fill in for other people. You could get more hours but nothing is guaranteed, which is how any reliable company works. Hey the next time you pay your rent, tell your landlord about the amazing company that you work for that wants to screw your dedication/reliability to the position that at first offers a guaranteed 4 hours per week. Soon after doing a perfect job, yes a perfect job, your guaranteed hours per week go to 0. They train you to do multiple things wrong to make their insane dirty selves look better. That is the truth, they are lazy, filthy, and some employees clutter areas by lingering to long so they press their rear up to yours while working. I saw managers put shoppers in danger, and not want to do theft management procedures right. Bad people, horrible hr, too much evil and too much stupid. Be good to yourself and get a real job with a real company. The end of year 2022 people were not worth their paychecks.
