Great place to be employed, great benefits, great support of their teams with free stuff for employees. Hank Ratner is not the CEO anymore, it's Tad Smith.

Cons

Culture is messed up driven by top level management. Lost a lot of key executives in the last 18 months due to sideways growth. Too many high level executives taking advantage of corporate naivete from ownership.

- Good Ol' Boys, Top-Down Hierarchical, Antiquated Corporate Culture - Departments are completely Silioed - Lack of Transparency - Culture of Fear - Legacy talent and resources that haven't kept their skills up-to-date - Location - Literally right on top of Penn Station

benefits are decent, neat to work with such high level sports teams

Cons

upper level micromanagement, understanding of family time outside of work null, opinion matters very little. I was paid not even close to bare minimum for my job title, and definitely not enough to keep me there otherwise. When I asked about salary negotiations if I took on classes and was able to provide more service to my team, I was simply told "no."
