      Pros

      The atmosphere is always jovial, even at its busiest. It's nice to be surrounded by people who enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      promotions seem to be few and far between in the position I held. Sometimes things are done in an inefficient way but that's any corporation.

      Pros

      One thing of working MSG which was pretty rewarding was meeting some good people that you can turn to and they are just as hardworking as the next person. I have become close with many people from all levels...executives to assistants to interns.

      Cons

      Maybe it was just my department but there was always a lack of communication from management to employees, no recognition for hard work done, lack of team/departmental support and much much more that I will not fit in this box. I can't say that MSG as a whole is like this but I do hope my department will eventually change for the better.
