Business Outlook
Pros
Depending on the department you work with this place could be awesome. When working events I love it, lots of fun with the crew. We joke around to keep things light because we all have the experience to still get the job done.
Cons
Very corporate style and getting things approved / done can be long and dreadful. The office atmosphere isn't nearly as much fun as the event staff. Also high turnover at high level positions creates an unstable work environment. There's been 4 President / CEOs in the 7 or so years I've been there and there was a year without anyone at that position.
