Although progress is slow, as with any large company, management shows a strong desire to constantly improve the company. They also have excellent benefits.

Cons

Entry level salaries can be low, but they are competitive when coming in with experience. Poor education assistance program if you are looking to further your degree.

Pros

Shared gratuity meant a guaranteed decent payday without additional tips. Very flexible scheduling. Got to work at some really awesome concerts and also Knicks/Rangers games. Fun environment when the right guests are present.

Cons

Very caddie old timer staff. Nasty, angry old coworkers that won't accept change. Not friendly to new employees. No break once night begins, stuck eating dinner at 11 p.m. after shift. Last minute shift cuts despite the commute faced by employees.
