Under Srini Koushik's brand of ExO Magellan IT has become a real sweatshop. With all the layoffs, people work in fear for their jobs concerned about caring for their loved ones. Srini Koushik, the current CTO, has ruined the culture of IT at Magellan with some staff only staying around with the hope of securing a severance package. Things have gotten so bad with all the actual honest reviews that Magellan HR has actually solicited positive reviews to bury honest ones. Don't be fooled. All of this with investors looking to sell the company. It's a tough time to be at Magellan.

Dishonest management; Under new IT leadership - they are all backstabbers; Unreasonable standards/expectations; No clear guidance on job requirements, instead judged on amorphous unwritten judgments made by whom?; Management is constantly brow beating employees into doing a bunch of work on their own time with their own money - but they know this is contrary to US labor practices and standards, so it comes down in the form of rumors and innuendo. This is a miserable place to work. Wish I could give it no stars, but hey I'm sure the HR people have logged on to artificially raise the ratings and give glowing reviews.
