Pros

Stable, large company, many opportunities, forward thinking in some areas. Some really great senior-level managers/leaders, forward thinkers, and technically very qualified individuals that are easily accessible if you seek them out. For the most part, positive company culture and people are very nice and welcoming. Great work-life balance in my experience.

Cons

Like many multinational corporations of this size, can be very bureaucratic, slow, utilize legacy systems, and have promoted some employees that are terrible leaders or people managers. Compensation could be a lot better. Lots of internal political dynamics at play in the background amongst mid-to-senior level management that is annoying but to be expected in a company of this size.
