Work-life Balance is great. Work is hybrid and managers are not strict with attendance as everything is output based. Great incentives for new business, especially for those handling large accounts.

Cons

Low annual salary increase. Incentives are heavily focused on one department only, hence, promotions are also only focused there.

- The culture was unprofessional and inappropriate in ways that felt oddly normalised - Many people leaders and managers lacked basic leadership and communication skills which was concerning - A LOT of politics, gossip, and unnecessary drama - High turnover
